About Us

  As far back as he can remember, Julian was enthralled with all aspects of live entertainment. Growing up, Julian recalls loving the excitement and energy of the circus, figure skating, musicals, variety shows, and of course, any illusion shows. When he was very young, his family took him to see Mark Wilson’s Magic Show. Julian was given his first magic trick, a mirror box. After that, he was hooked on magic, and the rest is history!

     As a young child, Julian gained his first exposure to entertaining for live audiences. He was hired as a “Juvenile Entertainer,” an official youth employee of Colonial Williamsburg. The shows he performed in featured him entertaining audiences with stage magic, juggling with clubs and balls, 18th century dance, and fife and drum time-period music. He has fond memories of the joy he helped bring to the people watching in the audiences, and he knew he had to continue on as a professional entertainer.

As time marched on, Julian became further interested in juggling, gaining inspiration from Albert Lucas, professional juggler on ice. This led Julian to become active in the International Juggler’s Association. He trained rigorously for competitive levels of the sport and attended numerous conventions and competitions with the IJA.  His hard work paid off as Julian was a four-time finalist and IJA International Silver Medalist Juggler. Simultaneously, he continued to build his entertainment business performing magic and illusions at many different events, such as restaurants, parties, school and library shows, and civic and fraternal organizations.

     Today, Julian’s business model is to ensure that his audiences have fun, make memories, and believe the impossible is truly possible. His creativity and boundless energy guarantee that Pittman Magic - #1 Magical Variety Show performances are fantastically fun for all ages!

     Like most entertainers, Melody began performing at a young age and was hooked on being in the spotlight ever since. Having always been fascinated with the art of magic, she remembers Santa delivering her top Christmas wish - a magic wand, which today is her "magical good luck charm." As a little girl, her first pets were even a dove and a rabbit because she loved magic so much! 

Melody grew up on the beautiful Emerald Coast in the Panhandle of Florida. In her youth and teens, Melody worked as a print and fashion model with Mary Lou's and Spotlight Images Modeling Agencies with whom she was awarded the title of Model of the Year. She was hand selected as a "Gayfers Girl" and "Dillard's Teen Board Model." Additionally, Melody won many pageant crowns and titles with Sunburst, America's Cover Miss, and Royal International, as well as superlative pageantry awards including Miss Photogenic, Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Smile, and Overall Talent Winner. 

Throughout her life, Melody was on numerous performance and competitive dance teams. Her dance resume' includes the Washington, D.C. Cherry Blossom Festival, Opryland, ESPN's 2 Minute Drill, and Wide World of Sports. She has multiple college degrees in the areas of Dance Performance and Musical Theater. During college, she was Captain of the Danceline and was Dance Captain or Featured Dancer in Anything Goes, Cabaret, Crazy for You, Guys and Dolls, Man of La Mancha, and The Will Rogers Follies. She was a Lady Barracuda Dancer for the Barracudas Arena Football Team. She also toured with the Swerve Modern Dance Company, making appearances in Miami, New Orleans, and Houston. 

Being an invaluable part or "half" of the Pittman Magic - #1 Magical Variety Show has brought Melody many years of stage time performing magic, illusions, and a multitude of variety acts professionally.
